A Study on the Principle of Psychomotorik According to Laban Effort Factors

Abstract
Psychomotorik is the field that induces emotional, recognizing psychological change through physical experience focusing on the point that psychology and exercise, in other words physical exercise process and psychological mental process have deep relation. The positive change of body and mentality become the major educational principle. It means that activity process is required in process-concentrated and conversational relation. From this viewpoint, it can be evaluated that Laban Effort factors is the system that can objectify the process of Psychomotorik as the body-mentality observation system that observes energy type of mentality in motion. It is possible to improve objective observation capacity for motion and flexible education method required for each individual with effort motion analysis. First, the study will consider 8 motions concerned to physical activities in Laban Effort Theory. Second it will consider the major activity substances and principles of Psychomotorik. Third, it will analyze the meanings of the analyzed 8 physical activities of the effort by connecting them to major activities of Psychomotorik.
